Crazy Golf Scouts on Par

17 June 2014

Scouts from the 28th Bath (Bathampton) Scout Group enjoyed a session of crazy golf at Bath’s Victoria Park crazy golf course on Friday.

The Scouts, all aged between 10 and 14, completed the 18 hole course in their Patrols, hitting balls around various obstacles, up and down slopes, through tunnels and across streams. Despite the hot conditions, there was still fierce competition between the Patrols, with the hotly contested game being won by Deeva from the Kestrels Patrol, who beat the other Scouts and the Leaders under par.

Next week the Scouts will start three weeks of bushcraft sessions as part of their programme which will hopefully lead to them completing their survival badge, which they hope to gain before the end of the summer.
